Fermented and aged on lees for 5 months in French oak barriques, the wine has intense aromas of tropical fruits, pineapple and banana, well integrated by the oak and vanilla hints. Creamy and richly textured textured, mineral, nutty and brioche notes on the palate with a good aging potential.

Harvested by beginning of October, followed by alcoholic fermentation in closed stainless steel tanks with gentle cap irrigator for 21 days. The whole lot was aged into 225 lt Romanian and French oak barrels, where the wine finished malolactic fermentation. After 17 months the wine has been bottle with minimal filtration and bottle aged months before being released on the market
