In the complex road that starts from the care of the vine, to the right grapes to be picked and of course then to the wine, at the Licorna Winehouse estate, nothing is left to chance. Although these steps seem to be controllable, the transformation process is a magical one. The multitude of factors that influence the winemaking process seems difficult to master. However, with increased attention, professionalism, and time together, we build wine that contains the sun's rays, raindrops and the heat of the earth.
